Home grown chilli update

My son Joe has been growing Apache chillies from seed. He is also building a greenhouse at the bottom of our garden. Here is the monstrous plant on our kitchen windowsill, and a close up of a ripe chilli   A photo of the greenhouse will follow later Author:  Trace Mann

Garden update

 In lockdown we did lots of work in our garden, and the one thing about our garden that we struggled with was the drainage problem.  If we had a heavy downpour, then the water would sit on top of the grass for days.  So the answer was artificial grass. The photos below are our before and after pics. I also painted the side door of the garage before the grass was laid This is how it looks at night.  We still need to get the soil put into the flower beds, but I'm really pleased with how it looks so far Author:  Trace Mann
