Cheddar cheese scones

This weekend I made Cheddar cheese scones.  Being brought up in the West Country (in a small village between Wells and Cheddar gorge), this kinda sums up my childhood and memories of baking with my mum!

    I love Cheddar Gorge! My Mum's family is from Bristol so a big fan of that part of the world. (Scones look great too!)

    I lived and taught in and around Bristol for seven years! I went to Cheddar Gorge the day after having my wisdom teeth out whilst totally spaced out on painkillers. It was a weird day! Emma Ricketts
