Thank you for logging in and having a look at the Wellbeing Blog. This is your blog and has been created to make you smile, to give you little challenges, to share mental health advice but mostly to keep us connected.

If we all contribute, the blog will be much better. I love reading all the little test posts that the team put up and I am really looking forward to hearing form more of you.

Most of all though, I look forward to the day when The Beacon opens its doors to us all again and we return, safe and well, ready to do what we do best, one to one with our students and friends.  Meanwhile take care and keep reading.
