Beacon Baking/Cooking Challenge

This weekend, I challenge you to make a bake or a dish that showcases your cultural heritage.  It can be anything you like from a cake to a full meal. It would be great if you could send a picture of your efforts with perhaps a recipe and explanation of what it is and why you chose it to Jo Nicholson to include in the blog on Monday.

It would be great to have a kid’s section too so if your small guys would like to make something and receive a shout out for their efforts that would be great.
