During Lockdown by Tracey M
I bought my elderly neighbour who is now in her 90's a lovely
begonia pot plant to brighten her day. She was absolutely thrilled and
she in turn showed me some of her late husband's paintings. Oh my word he
was so talented.
Years ago I used to watch my husband play crib with my late dad,
and I thought to myself I will never get the hang of that. But during the
last couple of years my husband has patiently and painstakingly taught me how
to play it. To such an extent that whilst still a novice at the game I am
a confident player and have beaten him on a few occasions during
lockdown.
I have become a bottle collector (unusual and pretty) to turn
them into lights for the garden. I have four so so far and I put them out
last night and they look gorgeous and very effective.
