Rhubarb crumble
Last week I made a rhubarb crumble after coming in to school and bringing home some delicious rhubarb from the school garden. Walter shared his magic trick with me for making crumble - which is to part bake it first before you put it on the fruit – it was certainly better than my usual crumble, though I have to say not as good as Walter’s which I was lucky enough to sample in school. Thanks Walter!
