This weekend I will be......
......hosting my
weekly virtual dinner party on Saturday night with the friends that normally I
would go out with. Each week, I send the menu to my friends and we cook the
same dinner which we eat together over zoom. This is last week’s dessert
rhubarb and raspberry jelly and rhubarb fool made with the rhubarb Karen
Frost picked from The Beacon eco garden. Not as good as getting together in
person but the next best thing
