Lockdown Soundtrack by Kate M

I have a group of friends of old with whom we go on a big holiday every 2 years and always have a summer camp together too. The summer is a time when we always manage some get togethers and we are really missing seeing each other at the moment as we are all based in different parts of the country.

One of our holiday traditions is that we all pick a song for a ‘holiday playlist’ so we decided to create a ‘lockdown playlist’ instead. It’s turned into quite an eclectic list of tunes, (especially as we let the kids join in) from Oasis to Dua Lipa, Mc Solaar (French rap – actually not selected by me) to the Greatest Showman. Listening to it really cheers me up and makes me think of all the lovely people who chose the songs – it’s a fab running soundtrack too. 

Might be a fun idea to do with your friends and family who are too far away at the moment.
