Try these simple steps:
  • Designate a specific time in your day to focus on what’s in front of you.
  • Bring your mind back each time it tries to sneak off. Just say, “No, I’m doing that right now. I’ll get back to those thoughts later.”
  • Ask yourself throughout the phase, “What do I hear, see, taste, feel, and smell?”
