Ice Cream Christmas Cake

 

My granddaughter doesn’t like cake so asked if I could make her an ice cream cake for her birthday. It was made entirely out of ice cream and she absolutely loved it, so much so that she has now asked for an ice cream Christmas cake, so that is my next challenge! I’m sure it will become a new Christmas tradition.
